    To list all executables provided by ReportLab, run: $ biogrids-list reportlab Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    ReportLab is a python module available in python version 3.6.5 within BioGrids.

    As a convenience to get started with reportlab, we have included a link to python version 3.6.5 called python.reportlab.

    After sourcing /programs/biogrids.shrc, set the python version by exporting the environment variable:

    export PYTHON_X=3.6.5 (Linux)

    export PYTHON_M=3.6.5 (OSX)
