    The BioGrids-supported version of PyCharm is the open source community edition.

    To list all executables provided by PyCharm, run: $ biogrids-list pycharm Copy to clipboard
  • Usage Notes

    PyCharm in BioGrids is the open source community edition. It can be run from the command line using the command pycharm for both OSX and Unix.

    Python interpreters from BioGrids need to be added manually to projects - python interpreters in PATH are not automatically detected. BioGrids users should add python from /programs/x86_64-linux/python/3.6.5/bin.capsules/python3.6.
