PyCap

  • Description

    an interface to the REDCap Application Programming Interface (API), PyCap is designed to be a minimal interface exposing all required and optional API parameters.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by PyCap, run: $ biogrids-list pycap Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    PyCap is only available as a module in python version 3.6.5. This version of python will be installed automatically when you install PyCap.

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install pycap Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
