pybedtools wraps and extends BEDTools and offers feature-level manipulations from within Python.
Usage
To list all executables provided by pybedtools, run: $ biogrids-list pybedtools

BioGrids pybedtools provides the following executable:

Example:

source /programs/biogrids.shrc

export PYBEDTOOLS_X=0.8.2

python.pybedtools -c 'import pybedtools; print(pybedtools.version)'
Installation
