    PHESANT - PHEnome Scan ANalysis Tool Run a phenome scan (pheWAS, Mendelian randomisation (MR)-pheWAS etc.) in UK Biobank.

    There are three components in this project:

    To list all executables provided by PHESANT, run: $ biogrids-list phesant Copy to clipboard

    BioGrids R version 3.5.1 required: source /programs/biogrids.shrc export R_M=3.5.1 # OSX export R_X=3.5.1 # Linux

    PHESANT-viz java visualization program aliased to phesant-viz:

    source /programs/biogrids.shrc phesant-viz

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install phesant Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
