phASER

  • Description

    (phasing and Allele Specific Expression from RNA-seq) performs haplotype phasing using read alignments in BAM format from both DNA and RNA based assays, and provides measures of haplotypic expression for RNA based assays.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by phASER, run: $ biogrids-list phaser Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    phaser.py can be called directly as an executable in the BioGrids environment.

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install phaser Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
