To list all executables provided by nilearn, run:$ biogrids-list nilearn

Usage Notes
nilearn is available as a standalone python installation within BioGrids.
The python executable has been aliased to :
python.nilearn
The jupyter executable is also aliased:
jupyter.nilearn
To use nilearn (and all required dependencies) start python or jupyter from the BioGrids environment:
$ source /programs/biogrids.shrc $ python.nilearn
or
$ source /programs/biogrids.shrc $ jupyter.nilearn notebook

Installation
Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client:$ biogrids-cli install nilearn
