To list all executables provided by MMTF-python, run:$ biogrids-list mmtf-python

Usage Notes
This title holds the Python API encoding and decoding libraries.
The mmtf-python module is available in BioGrids python 3.6.5.
To use this version of python set the environment variable after sourcing /programs/biogrids.shrc:
export PYTHON_X=3.6.5 (Linux)
export PYTHON_M=3.6.5 (OSX)
Alternatively, add this env variable to ~/.sbgrid.conf
