    To list all executables provided by mlst, run: $ biogrids-list mlst Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install mlst Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL

  • Citation Note

    The mlst software incorporates components of the PubMLST database which must be cited in any publications that use mlst as follows:
