MAFFT

  • Description

a multiple sequence alignment program for unix-like operating systems. It offers a range of multiple alignment methods, L-INS-i (accurate; for alignment of <200 sequences), FFT-NS-2 (fast; for alignment of <30,000 sequences).

  • Usage

To list all executables provided by MAFFT, run: $ biogrids-list mafft Copy to clipboard
  • Installation

Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install mafft Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
