kb-python

  • Description

    kb-python is a python package for processing single-cell RNA-sequencing. It wraps the kallisto | bustools single-cell RNA-seq command line tools in order to unify multiple processing workflows.

    To list all executables provided by kb-python, run: $ biogrids-list kb-python Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install kb-python Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
