    GTDB-Tk is a software toolkit for assigning objective taxonomic classifications to bacterial and archaeal genomes based on the Genome Database Taxonomy (GTDB).

    To list all executables provided by GTDBTk, run: $ biogrids-list gtdbtk Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install gtdbtk Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
