Gotree

  • Description

    a set of command line tools to manipulate phylogenetic trees. It is implemented in Go language.

    The goal is to handle phylogenetic trees in Newick, Nexus and PhyloXML formats, through several basic commands. Each command may print result (a tree for example) in the standard output, and thus can be piped to the standard input of the next gotree command.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by Gotree, run: $ biogrids-list gotree Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install gotree Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
