    To list all executables provided by cartopy, run: $ biogrids-list cartopy Copy to clipboard

    BioGrids provides cartopy in its own python distribution with jupyter. The two executables available are:

    python.cartopy

    jupyter.cartopy

    To start python:

    source /programs/biogrids.shrc

    python.cartopy
