Assembled Genomes Compressor

    Assembled Genomes Compressor (AGC) is a tool designed to compress collections of de-novo assembled genomes. It can be used for various types of datasets: short genomes (viruses) as well as long (humans).

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by Assembled Genomes Compressor, run: $ biogrids-list agc Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install agc Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
