VPT

    • (Vizgen Post-processing Tool) enables users to reprocess and refine the single-cell results of MERSCOPE experiments. VPT is a command line tool that emphasizes scalable, reproducible analysis, and can be run on a workstation, a cluster, or be deployed in a cloud computing environment.

    To list all executables provided by VPT, run: $ biogrids-list vpt Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install vpt Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
