To list all executables provided by dREG, run:$ biogrids-list dreg

Usage Notes
BioGrids curated dREG does not require using bash to run the dREG scripts. The scripts should be called directly as executable programs. As an example:
$ source /progtrams/biogrids.shrc $ export DREG_X=4a1643a $ run_predict.bsh ${PROJECT_DIR}/K562.chr21.plus.bw ${PROJECT_DIR}/K562.chr21.minus.bw ${PROJECT_DIR}k562.test ${MY_ASVM } 8 0
