Description

BioPhi is an open-source antibody design platform. It features methods for automated antibody humanization (Sapiens), humanness evaluation (OASis) and an interface for computer-assisted antibody sequence design.
Usage
To list all executables provided by BioPhi, run: $ biogrids-list biophi
Installation
Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install biophi Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
