    The bioinfokit toolkit aims to provide various easy-to-use functionalities to analyze, visualize, and interpret the biological data generated from genome-scale omics experiments.

    To list all executables provided by bioinfokit, run: $ biogrids-list bioinfokit Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    BioGrids bioinfokit provides a bundled python distribution. The python binary is called:

    python.bioinfokit

    To use:

    $ source /programs/biogrids.shrc

    $ python.bioinfokit

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install bioinfokit Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
